Noël Ingram, Ph.D. is the Digital Teaching Programs Administrator at Boston College’s Center for Digital Innovation in Learning, where she develops faculty programming and partners with campus stakeholders on digital learning initiatives, with a particular focus on GenAI. Her published and forthcoming peer-reviewed scholarship explores her interests at the intersection of feminist rhetorics, literacy studies, and technology. 

Noël brings her commitment to academic innovation into the classroom. At UUÖ±²¥, she primarily teaches First-Year Writing in the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences, as well as Design Thinking & Creativity in the Woods College of Advancing Studies. Before transitioning to higher education, Noël spent seven years teaching in Title 1 schools in Los Angeles, California. 

Originally from Sacramento, California, Noël also holds degrees from the University of California, Davis (BA), Pepperdine University (MA), and Boston College (MA). She received her teaching certification from Loyola Marymount University’s School of Education through the LMU | Teach For America partnership and continues to hold CA Clear Credentials in English, Art, and CTE (Marketing, Sales, and Service), with full CLAD (English Learner Authorization and Crosscultural, Language, and Academic Development) Certification.
